Payment
Payment is to be made quarterly in advance. Content will be delivered only once payment has been received.

Delivery
Content will normally be delivered by the 24th of the month (except December, which is delivered on the first working day in January) as follows: March, June, September.

Format
Content will normally be supplied in Microsoft Word 2002 document format. Please contact us if you would like an alternative format.

Contract period
The contract period is quarterly. We require 90 days notice of termination. There is no long-term commitment. If you don’t like what we send simply cancel the agreement.
