News articles and newsletters take ages to write and can take up valuable Fee Earner time. Even if you get your Marketing department to write the articles, you still need to check them thoroughly to ensure the message is correct.
Webnotes articles are written by qualified professionals with the ability to make the news reader-friendly and interesting.

Typically we get asked the following:

Q: Doesn’t this cost a lot?
A: To do as a one-off, yes it does. However, we produce similar material for dozens of businesses so we can produce the content you need to be more successful at a cost that is almost certainly less than it would cost you.

Q: Does this mean our competitors will be sending out the same things we are?
A: No. Primarily, because the number of firms allowed to buy our newsletters is limited. Also, your portfolio of services and therefore the news that you choose is unlikely to match that of other firms.

Q: What about the risk?
A: Our material is produced by professionally qualified people, with long experience in professional practice. It is then checked for accuracy and rewritten as needed by out editorial staff. We also carry £1m of indemnity cover.

Q: Can we use it elsewhere?
A: Subscribers to our content service can republish the content as and when they like, providing this is not done commercially and it carries our copyright notice or other accreditation.

Q: How do you know what to write about?
A: We keep up-to-date with legal news and developments and are constantly looking for those that will be the most interesting for and have the most impact on business, private clients and the others areas we cover. New and interesting points of law are not necessarily interesting for clients. We choose those that are.

Q: What qualifications do you have?
A: Our content writers are highly qualified graduates with relevant professional qualifications and practice experience.
